Shipping Policy

 

Dave’s Noni and Wellness Products has partnered with reliable shipping companies to provide logistic services for our customers. We use high-quality packaging materials from trusted vendors and test them thoroughly to make sure they are suitable for shipping and delivering our products. Shipping charges will be Rs 50 extra if the order is less than Rs 1000/-

 

How does the delivery process work?

Once our system has processed the order that you have placed with us, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure that they are in pristine condition. If they pass the final round of quality checks, we will pack and hand them over to our reliable logistic partner.

Our logistic partner will then deliver the products to you as soon as possible. In the event that our logistic partner is unable to reach you at the shipping address or at the time that you have specified, they will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.

Please note that all products ordered by you (including if any free gifts bundled with the product that you have ordered) will be shipped to you at the shipping address provided by you when you placed your order, along with an invoice. Although we try to ship all products in your order together, this may not be feasible at all times.

 

What is the range of locations to which Dave's Noni ships their products?

Dave’s Noni and Wellness Products's products are shipped throughout India to nearly all pin-codes. The list of pin-code serviceability is subject to change depending on our logistics partners. You can check if we deliver to your shipping address by typing in your pin-code on any of our product pages listed on our Website or by entering your shipping details on the checkout page.

 

Is it possible for me to track my order?

As soon as you place your order with us, your order is processed from our concerned warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you shall receive a confirmation email, on the email address provided by you at the time of placing your order with us, containing the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can track your order by logging into the “My Account” section of our Website by using the username and password created at the time of your registration and then clicking on the “Your Orders” tab to view your order details.

You can track the status of your package after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

An estimated delivery time will be shared with you at the time of placing your order, based on your shipping address. We maintain an inventory of all products that we sell on our website, so you can be confident that your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. Our goal is to get your product delivered within 2-7 days of placing your order, depending on your location and the shipping address. However, delays can sometimes occur. Dave’s Noni and Wellness Products will do its best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our logistics partner.

Please note: It's conceivable that COVID-19 will cause a delay in your products' delivery. As a result, we are unable to make a time commitment for delivery. Please be patient with us if there are any little delays. While we are still taking online orders to ship within India in accordance with safety guidelines, we retain the right to suspend delivery at any time if necessary due to the dynamic nature of the situation.

 

What time will my order be delivered today?

Prior to delivering the item to the shipping location you specified when completing your order with us, our logistic partner will make sure to call you. Please make sure you are accessible to receive calls because, typically, the product will be returned to our warehouse after 3 (three) unsuccessful attempts to deliver it to the delivery address specified.

 

What are the shipping charges for my order?

The shipping and handling charges may differ depending on the product, packaging size and other conditions. This amount will be added to your total at the time you place your order with us on the Website. The shipping and handling charges will be displayed during check out and you will be notified of the charges before you make payment for the order placed.

Dave’s Noni and Wellness Products does not charge any extra shipping fees in addition to the invoice amount shown when you place the order.
